GoClimbUp Policies

Below you will find our Booking Conditions, Important Information regarding our additional services, and our Website Terms & Conditions. All correspondence(s) in respect of Trip Service bookings should be addressed to GoClimbUp™

1. All the payment should be made in advance to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis. The company holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
2. To book a Fixed Departure/Schedule trek or a Customized/Private trek client need to pay 25% of the Trek/Tour Fee as the initial “Booking Amount”. You can pay by Net banking/Credit/Debit Cards/Paytm/Gpay.
3. This will ensure your participation in the desired trek and we will reserve your place in the scheduled date. You need to pay the remaining amount at least 25 days before starting the trek.
4. Booking Amount” i.e. 25% of the Trek/Tour Fee is Non-Refundable at any stage. If in case you are not able to make it due to unavoidable reason(s), we provide you a very flexible choice of Shifting to another trek within the period 3 months.
5. As soon as you pay, you will receive a confirmation email from GoClimbUp. The remaining amount needs to be paid prior the date of travel.

GoClimbUp Cancellation Policy

At GoClimbUp, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make cancellations as simple and clear as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing at the earliest. The following terms will apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

1. Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
2. Cancellation between 60 and 45 days before departure: A 25% cancellation fee will apply, and the balance will be refunded to you.
3. Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before departure: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be held as credit for a future trip with GoClimbUp, valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.
4. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: The entire deposit will be forfeited.

Important Notes:

• The tour price is quoted as a package, and no partial refunds or credits will be provided for services not used.
• We highly recommend purchasing cancellation travel insurance when booking your trip to protect against unexpected events.
• If you are able to find someone to take your place on the expedition, the cancellation charges will be completely waived.

For customers who do the full payment of Expedition and High Altitude Passes:

• All the Expeditions require a non-refundable fee to be transferred by the Traveler. We need to prepare months in advance for the expeditions and all the hotels, logistics need to be booked and the solar grid material must be purchased before the start of the expedition. Hence, we ask for a non-refundable expedition fee, so please be sure that you are going to be part of the expedition before you submit the expedition fee.
• In case you decide to cancel once you submit the expedition fee, we will not be able to refund any amount of the money back to you.
• In case you are not able to attend the expedition due to some unforeseen events at your end, we request you to contact the travel insurance company and seek the expedition fee refund from them.
• In case you decide to cancel the expedition mid-way, we will transfer you back to the nearest base camp, but we cannot refund you the expedition fee for the trip unused.
• In case the expedition itinerary is to be changed because of weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, GoClimbUp will try its best to plan an alternate route. However, GoClimbUp is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.

Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

GoClimbUp reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. We will notify all participants of any changes in advance.
